Nice relaxing atmosphere and unique beers with an explanation for each beer on the sampler. This is my home town and it is a nice place to go and visit when we get back to eau Claire. When in Eau Claire stop in, it is worth the trip. (Date added: 6/5/98) Nice start and a lot of potential for Eau Claire's first brewpub. I have not eaten here, but the bar area is nice with free pool and darts, a fireplace, and several comfortable leather chairs. The beers seem to be aimed at the uneducated masses and are generally lighter and not true to style. The exception was a quite good dunkelweizen that was offered as a seasonal. (Date added: 4/27/98) There is a new Micro Brewery and fine restaurant opening in Eau Claire Wis. Oakwood Mall Dr. Northwoods Pub and Grill. Northwoods Brewery Inc. Jerry Bechard owner. This is a top notch facility and great food service owner. Opening this month. If you contact him please use my name. |
