Delightful Brewery making a light and dark lager that are both exquisit. Drop in to see the town that is Northern Exposure and have a few pints. (Date added: 7/10/97) Although RBC only brews two beers, they are two very fine beers. Their flagship brew, Roslyn beer, is a rather tasty amber Lager. Brookside beer is their less popular and a highly underrated pale Lager. Both are mainly available in bottles and on tap only in Roslyn, however there are a few choice places throughout NW Washington where they are available. I quess the NW water and Yakima Valley Hops really do make a difference. (Date added: 5/15/97) |
