See what gak thinks of the beers from Redhook Ale Brewery #1 at Beer Is My Life!

The Ballard Bitter is about as close as you can come to a true bitter on this side of the pond. (Date added: 12/3/97)
Rating: 5 (out of 5) - w.t. foley

The double black stout is the best that I have ever had. Everything else was good, but not great. The pub itself was very small. Kind of a disapointment. Love that stout though. (Date added: 11/1/97)

Redhook?... or Anheiser Busch? (Date added: 5/15/97)
Rating: 1 (out of 5) - Charles Rager

I love the beers from this place. All of the paler beers seem to have a toasted flavor that just really is likable to me. And I would give my left leg for Double Black Stout.
Rating: 4 (out of 5) - Jeff Scott

"The Double Black Stout is of particular interest. This DEEPLY DARK stout is brewed with Starbucks coffee (Redhook is owned by the same people that own Starbucks). It is creamy and very rich!
