Thanks, Mike Cerami, owner (Date added: 10/26/97) - Mike Cerami Tom Baker is the new brewer at JJ Bitting. The brewery consists of a 2 vessel 10-bbl DME brewhouse, 2 10-bbl and 2 20-bbl fermenters and 6 10-bbl servers. Our web site is http://www.njbrewpubs.com.
