I am from Carbonear, NFLD originally and while visiting my sister in Bay Roberts, picked up a six pack of "Hibernia Lager" because i enjoyed the taste of one previously consumed at a relative's place in St. John's. I hung on to the six pack and shared three with very close relatives during Thanksgiving past and they loved it.
Well now it's Friday night, 24 Oct, and i just opened one of the remaining three Hibernias and was really looking forward to that great taste again, especially after a hard week at the office. WELL!!! After drinking approximately 1/2 the bottle, I discovered, much to my surprise, a "Canadian Rocks" cap inside that had been squeezed between finger and thumb(the way guys do it).
It certainly looks like this one slipped through the washer/inspector and now my opinion of the beer has changed.......somewhat. I still think the beer has great taste but, now i will probably hold every bottle of beer up to a light to inspect it before i open it.
I put the original cap back on the bottle and the bottle is still half full......or is it half empty....and i have not removed the subject dirty cap from within.
What shall i do???......call the media?.....call the health department?.....call you by phone? or should i be nice and say, "Oh well, bull happens!" (Date added: 10/24/97)

I have drank two of their styles and believe that they are just great. The quality was just fantastic. I couldn't wait to have another. (Date added: 6/14/97)
