This micro brewery is situated in a large pole barn structure just off of Interstate 96 west of Lansing. The small pub area in the front of the building is definately no-frills: a small bar, a few tables, a concrete floor and a big barrel full of peanuts. In other words, nothing to distract you from the beer - and the beer is very good. Come with a buddy, start with the Pale Ale and work your way up to the Stout. All are rich, complex and enjoyable. Note their hours though, because I've shown up to find it closed. |
