I sampled all beers from their "sampler" offered. They were all very wonderful. Not one bad one in the 8 I tried. They offered a very interesting dark which had a hint of chocolate flavor that was quite good. I am a light beer drinker and found their light to taste of premium quality.
Atmosphere: Friendly and well-ventiliated Service: Friendly, Fast, Accurate Food Quality: Superb quality with a unique variety on the menu which gave many different from the "norm" choices which were tastefully prepared.
Beer: Excellent. Sampled all 8 - did not find an undesirable one in all. One of the dark's had a hint of chocolate that was quite good. I am a light beer drinker and their light was definately of premium quality.
Overall Experience: Wonderful, my friends and myself have been whole heartedly recommending the establishment to all of our friends and business associates. (Date added: 2/22/98)

Local Color Brewing Co. will be openning in the last quarter of 1997. The three vessel 25 barrel Beraplan system will brew a variety of lagers and ales. Canadian Ken Belau, a diplomed brew master from Weihenstephan in Munich, will be responsible for creating the wide range of taste profiles for Local Color beer. Located in the heart of downtown Novi, Local Color Brewing Company will strive to bring the best possible products to the Midwest.
