We went by a couple of months ago and the place was closed and up for sale. There were five beers: an ale, an amber ale, a wheat, a porter, and a stout. All tasted basically the same with this bizarre fruity aftertaste. The wheat was the hoppiest and the porter tasted like liqueur had been added to it. Several of us had samplers and none of us finished a single glass. (Date added: 1/21/98) |
